The mood is the ‘fuel’ that drives the body

The mood is the fuel that moves the body through the day, through the months, through the years.

There are days when the whole world is at our fingertips. A day that has gifted us with all the powers needed to achieve everything we want. That day our mood experiences its expansion thanks to high energy. But there are days when every sound makes us nervous, every ray of sunshine is hell for the soul and thoughts.

There are factors that affect our daily mood

Starting in the morning. The first-morning thought, gratitude for what we have, and drinking freshly squeezed juice are the first moments that announce a good mood.

The people around you. If your environment is full of people who constantly complain and put themselves in the victim’s skin, there is a great chance that a bad mood will imperceptibly ‘move in’ with you. Sometimes it’s better to spend time alone and with activities that make you happy than to spend time in a negative environment.

External appearance. A good mood also hides in the clothes in which you feel comfortable, in the neat face and hair.

Accepting information we don’t like. It’s easier said than done. We don’t always hear information that is music to our ears. Accepting information that is not pleasant and finding something good in it can to some extent prevent a drop in mood.

Doing activities that improve mood. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful. Buying things that cause happiness, a delicious meal crowned with a tasty dessert, a vacation away from home, and other activities that cause you pleasure and improve your mood.
